Our weaving division operates over 250 state-of-the-art rapier and air-jet looms, producing a broad spectrum of woven fabrics from shirting and sheeting to denim and technical textiles. With a width range of 60" to 120" and a production capacity exceeding 2.5 million metres per month, we are equipped for large-scale global supply.
Each fabric that leaves our weaving hall passes through our integrated on-loom quality monitoring system, ensuring defect-free production at speed. Our design team works with buyers to develop custom constructions, weave patterns, and finishing specifications from the ground up.

200–1000 TC percale and sateen sheeting fabrics, produced in 90"–120" width for hospitality and retail markets.

Our weaving unit is designed for large-volume international orders with uncompromising quality. From sample development to bulk production, our team ensures every specification is met with precision and delivered on schedule.
We maintain a dedicated sampling room for rapid development, a quality lab for fabric testing (tensile, tear, pilling, color fastness), and an in-house design team for custom weave constructions.
